Kirstin has been commanding elite therapeutic lines as a Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from the prestigious Sutherland-Chan School in 2008. Operating with a deep, master-level understanding of soft-tissue dysfunction, she specializes in identifying and tracking complex tension patterns within the myofascial layers—releasing deep-seated physical stress, systemic restriction, and chronic holding patterns.
To provide the highest standard of restorative care, my practice at Pura Vida is dedicated exclusively to comprehensive 90-minute and 120-minute treatment sessions. This extended time allows for full-body nervous system regulation alongside targeted, deep-tissue orthopaedic rehabilitation—without ever feeling rushed. It is the perfect clinical design for complex chronic tension, athletic recovery, and prenatal support.
By utilizing innovative, evidence-informed manual techniques, Kirstin works masterfully to release long-range chronic restriction, alleviate tension fatigue, and restore structural alignment. Her practice is tailored strictly for individuals seeking high-utility, comprehensive massage therapy care.
