Osteopathy
A global osteopathic assessment includes thoroughly inspecting the body's structure to identify dysfunctions through palpation and range of motion tests conducted visually and physically to detect abnormalities in muscles, bones, joints, ligaments, and connective tissue.
Osteopathy assesses and addresses the body’s systems:

• Fluidic (venous and lymphatic)
• Nervous
• Biomechanical (alignment)
• Facial
• Pressure
Our manual osteopathic practitioners are trained in pre and post natal care, athletic injuries, digestive well being, migraines/headaches, TMJ dysfunctions, lower back and cervical pain.

Registered Massage Therapy. Our massage therapists provide deep tissue sport massage, rejuvenating massage and anything in between!
Massage Therapy - Manual (Non-Swedish) Approach
These Massage Therapy sessions are performed without the use of oils/lotion. Clients remain clothed (it is best to wear loose/stretchy clothing). An integrative, full body approach is utilized employing myofascial, cranial and visceral techniques and joint mobilizations. Ideal for those with musculoskeletal pain/injury (including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunction etc.), digestive issues and pelvic dysfunction.

Treatment focuses on restoring function, improving physical performance, independence, and overall mobility.
Assessing the neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and cardiorespiratory systems. Evaluating strength, range of motion, coordination, posture, breathing, etc.
Diagnosing disorders associated with physical dysfunction, injury or pain. (Not medical diagnosis in all cases, but diagnosis of physical impairments/disorders as they relate to physical function)
Delivering treatments to help with physical dysfunction, injury, or pain. Also, to rehabilitate, maintain, develop, or augment physical function; and to prevent or relieve pain or dysfunction.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
An area of physiotherapy focused on assessing and treating the muscles, joints, connective tissues, and nerves of the pelvic region — including the pelvic floor, lower abdomen, lumbar spine, and hips.
Pelvic physiotherapists are licensed physiotherapists who have post-graduate training in pelvic anatomy, internal examination, and treatment techniques specific to this region.
