Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
An area of physiotherapy focused on assessing and treating the muscles, joints, connective tissues, and nerves of the pelvic region — including the pelvic floor, lower abdomen, lumbar spine, and hips.
Pelvic physiotherapists are licensed physiotherapists who have post-graduate training in pelvic anatomy, internal examination, and treatment techniques specific to this region.

Nancy Fallico, Reg PT, is a practised physiotherapist who feels deeply rewarded when guiding a patient’s recovery journey to healthy active living. Nancy’s education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. She has completed her Stott Rehabilitation Pilates training and is excited to incorporate this valuable exercise practice into her treatment programs. In addition, she has completed many courses focused on pelvic health, while at the same time she is currently working towards completing her certification in osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto.
